Natasha R. winegarner watts
An entrepreneur, community leader, mentor, and woman of faith dedicated to empowering others through service, business, and education.
She is the host of the Sista Natasha Podcast, where she inspires meaningful conversations around personal growth, purpose, and community. A lifelong entrepreneur, Natasha is the President and CEO of Natasha Watts Bail Bonds & Fugitive Recovery Agency & Fisher of Men Bail Bonds. She is a consultant who specializes in bail bonds agencies and has been operating for more than two decades. In 2009, she co-founded The Victory Center for Youth to support and encourage young people, and in 2015 she launched Fishers of Men Entertainment, LLC, a company focused on promotions, community engagement, and outreach.
A graduate of Shaw High School, Cleveland State University, and ICM School of Business, Natasha later earned her theological education through ISOM Theological Seminary and was ordained as an Elder in 2009. She is also a lifelong member of the Order of Eastern Star, Bethel Chapter 58, and a proud member of Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
Above all, Natasha treasures her family. She is the proud mother of William R. Winegarner Sr. (“Ray Jr.”) and a devoted grandmother to six beloved grandchildren.
